The purpose of this project is to revise and improve the device registration for garage door openers for customers. The barcodes were recreated and made to clarify the differences between multiple barcodes that are on different type of garage door devices. Help screens were also added to assist the user set up the different kinds of devices, such as Retrofit Kit and Operator devices and sensors. The help screens display where the QR code is in order to easily scan and register the device. There is also a series of screens that were added, 1.12.1 to 1.12.4, that enable the user to contact customer service directly in the event they receive a device that has been previously owned. Overall, the improved process of Device Registration allows the user to more easily register their device and get help more readily than before.
